Shipping policy.

1. Shipping Rates

At Shiloh Beauty Supply, we handle your shipments with care. It is our privilege to serve you. We ship via UPS and/or USPS. Shipping and handling is determined by product weight and shipping distance.

2. Order Processing and Deadline

Order processing times are counted in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays) and may take 1 to 4 business days with a maximum of 7 business days, depending on immediate item availability. All orders received before 11AM EST, Monday through Friday, will begin to process the same day. Orders received after the cutoff time will begin to process the next business day. (Please, note that process does not mean to ship your order.)

3. Shipping Timeframes and Confirmation Emails

Once your order is received through our system, expect an order confirmation and shipment details via email. Beware UPS and USPS do not process shipments on the weekends.

4. Risk of Loss

All goods purchased from Shiloh Beauty Supply are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. Once packages reach our shipment partner (UPS and/or USPS) Shiloh Beauty Supply is no longer responsible for the shipment. If you have any trouble with receiving your package after it has been received by a carrier, contact UPS (Customer Service 1-800-742-5877) and/ or USPS (Customer Service: 1-800-275-8777) immediately. They will take care of your package. Lost packages must be reported within 14 days from the delivery date. If your order is shipped via USPS, you must contact USPS to open a case so the carrier can investigate the loss . After a resolution has been reached by USPS, we can begin the lost package claim. It may take 1 to 8 business days to process the Lost Package Claims.
